Maybe She is Crazy

I attended a wonderful brunch yesterday that a dear friend hosted.¬† Had a lovely time and ate waaaaaaay too much, but c’est la vie. ūüôā

When I left her house and walked outside I noticed these clouds in the sky over the Catalina mountains.¬† Now I’m no weather or cloud formation expert, but I found them to be something that I’ve only seen once before.¬† I’m not sure that the image (taken with my phone) even does them justice.¬† Seeing them with my own eyes was one of those moments that takes your breath away.

People think I’m crazy when I express that I think we have visitors from space.¬† So if that’s what YOU think, hey, that’s fine with me.¬† I just happen to personally believe that we are not alone in this beautiful universe and that our little blue planet is not the only one with life.¬† I don’t believe in aliens (the kind that Hollywood depicts as being malicious).¬† But I do believe that our star brothers and sisters exist and that they are benevolent in nature.¬† Namaste’

My Very Own Sun Dog

What’s a sun dog, you say? ¬†The technical explanation is best left to someone else (if you know, I welcome your comments). ¬†I just happened to look up in the sky today, ¬†as the clouds are coming in for some more rain. ¬†Then I noticed how the light was reflecting from the sun to the clouds. ¬†Our meteorologist has talked about this on numerous occasions and I finally got a picture of one. Oh, yeah, and the birds are all hanging out on the wires again. ¬†Maybe they’re just getting some extra sun before it went completely behind the clouds.

Filled With Glory

LOOK AT EVERYTHING AS IF YOU WERE SEEING IT FOR THE FIRST OR LAST TIME. THEN YOUR TIME ON EARTH WILL BE FILLED WITH GLORY~ Betty Smith

What would change in your life if you looked at things as if seeing them for the very first time? ¬†Or what if you looked at them as if it were the last time? ¬†We never know what’s going to happen in the next minute, let alone tomorrow. ¬†Lately I’ve been more aware of my surroundings, the things I see, and wondering why I hadn’t noticed certain things before. ¬†Have they been there all the time and I just didn’t notice? ¬†Or is our planet changing and I’m just noticing THAT now? ¬†I feel like a kid in a candy store. ¬†Really!

Today’s photo was taken as I was heading out this morning. ¬†The cloud caught my eye because it was so intriguing as I faced it head on, driving down the road and it was the only one I could see. ¬†I found myself thinking, “Either pull over and take the picture or keep your eyes on the road.” ¬†As soon as I got to a place I could pull over, this is what I got. ¬†Namaste’

Caught on Camera

This might sound kind of bizarre to some of my readers, but I have to tell it like it is.¬† On my way to lunch today, I noticed some really cool cloud formations and thought, “Nice!¬† Would be good for today’s blog post.”

Now here’s the bizarre part … I took only two photos and didn’t see anything unusual through the viewfinder.

In Photo #1 there is some kind of orb directly above the middle cloud.¬† It’s not there in Photo #2, which I took just seconds after the first one. All I did was move to the right a bit when I shot #2. Neither of these photos have been altered.¬† Could it be that it was a UFO that I just couldn’t see with the naked eye?

I happen to believe that we have been visited (and still are) by our space brethren for a long time and also believe that we would have to be pretty egotistical to think that we’re the only ones alive in this universe. Many are saying that 2012 is the year of full disclosure.¬† It raises questions for some but I say … Let’s get this party started!

Let me know what you think.  I welcome your comments.

Namaste.
