Lone Sentinel

Today while out and about I spied this lone saguaro.  It seemed to say “take my picture” so I did.  I added a couple of special effects.  Might make this one into a greeting card.  Enough said.  Namaste’

    1. Thanks, dear one. It was the perfect shot for this kind of edit. Sometimes things just go together. Why can’t it be like that all the time? – LOL

    1. I knew you’d be the one to ask me a hard question – LOL – I have no idea and have lived in the desert for 17 years. I just did a Google image search for “hello” cactus and got more Hello Kitty images than cactus. Go figure 🙂

Someone told me once that they called it the “hello” cactus because sometimes there’s just one “arm” raised as if in greeting….probably someone who realized how gullible I am threw that one at me.
