Today while out and about I spied this lone saguaro. It seemed to say “take my picture” so I did. I added a couple of special effects. Might make this one into a greeting card. Enough said. Namaste’

I knew you’d be the one to ask me a hard question – LOL – I have no idea and have lived in the desert for 17 years. I just did a Google image search for “hello” cactus and got more Hello Kitty images than cactus. Go figure 🙂

Someone told me once that they called it the “hello” cactus because sometimes there’s just one “arm” raised as if in greeting….probably someone who realized how gullible I am threw that one at me.
